Booking conditions

Booking and payment

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date.

For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment details will be provided by email after confirmation of availability.

Prices include French VAT and all basic services.
No additional fees are expected.

Cancellation by the participant

If the participant cancels the booking more than 30 days before the departure date, the deposit will be fully refunded.

If the cancellation occurs 30 days or less before the departure date, the amounts paid are non-refundable, as all services and suppliers will have already been confirmed and paid.

Cancellation by France Pétanque

In the event that France Pétanque is required to cancel a stay, all amounts paid by the participant will be fully refunded.

No additional compensation may be claimed.

Force majeure

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of France Pétanque (such as natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or major unforeseen events), the amounts paid are non-refundable.

However, a credit of the same value may be offered and used for a future France Pétanque stay, subject to availability.

Applicable law

These booking conditions are governed by French law.
